Fish burgers with you favorite Buga’s Chili sauce (4 persons)

500g fresh hake, filleted
½ cup very finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
½ cups breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper
Panko breadcrumbs or fresh breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying

Cut the fish in large peaces and pulse in a food processor. Do not pulse for too long or the fish become pasty.
Combine the chopped fish with onion and garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs and egg. Season with salt and ground black pepper, then mix until well combined.
Heat some oil in a large pan. Using wet hands, shape burgers your favorite size, flatten a little, coat in panko breadcrumbs or regular crumbs from both sides and fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until crisp.

Serve with your favorite Buga’s Chili sauces.
